第85問：為使我們能以逃脫因罪而當受之上帝的震怒和咒詛，上帝吩咐我們當作什麼？
Q. 85. What doth God require of us that we may escape his wrath and curse due to us for sin?
答：為要我們逃脫因罪所當受的震怒與咒詛刑罰，神吩咐我們當信耶穌基督，悔改得生命，並且殷勤使用一切外在的施恩媒介，就是基督藉以傳達救贖恩福給我們的媒介，好叫救贖的益處歸於我們。
A. To escape the wrath and curse of God due to us for sin, God requireth of us faith in Jesus Christ, repentance unto life, with the diligent use of all the outward means whereby Christ communicateth to us the benefits of redemption.
