第 95 問：洗禮當向誰施行？
Q.95. To whom is baptism to be administered?
答：洗禮不可施行於任何在有形教會之外的人，要等到他們公開認信基督，並且順服祂，才給他們施洗；然而有形教會會員之嬰兒， 都應受洗。
A.Baptism is not to be administered to any that are out of the visible church, till they profess their faith in Christ, and obedience to him; but the infants of such as are members of the visible church are to be baptized.
