17 Q. Why must the mediator also be true God?
答：因為祂必須透過神性的能力，才能在人性中承擔神的忿怒，而使我們重新得到公義和生命。
A. So that the mediator, by the power of his divinity, might bear the weight of God’s wrath in his humanity and earn for us and restore to us righteousness and life.
